Apnatech Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is also working in digitalization field undertaking government project known as AADHAAR. Apnatech Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd competent authority for starting Aadhaar enrolment in Uttar Pradesh as Enrolment Agency (EA)

The scope of work of the Enrolling Agency (EA) includes the following activities :

- Procure enrolment hardware, software including Biometric Devices as per UIDAI Specifications
- Hire & Train Manpower for Enrolment
- Enrol Operator/Supervisors and Register and Activate them at UIDAI
- Get established as an Enrolment Agency at UIDAI
- Ensure that Pin code data for planned enrolment locations is checked in Pin Master of Aadhaar software, and is correct and complete
- Software Installation, Configuration and Registration
- EA must ensure with Registrar that Aadhaar and KYR+ Enrolment Forms
- Setting up of Enrolment Centre(EC) and Enrolment Stations (ES)
- Contact Centre information filled
